FxPro Management Team

FxPro is a Forex broker with a board of directors comprised of an experienced team with strong financial backgrounds working with institutional and retail investors.

Jim Sutcliffe, Chairman

Jim was previously Group CEO of Old Mutual plc, with 55,000 employees and over £1bn of operating profit. As Group CEO he strengthened the South African insurance and banking business and grew the business internationally in the US, Europe and Asia. Previously, Jim was Deputy Chairman of Liberty International plc and was also Chief Executive of Prudential UK.

Panagiotis Xydas, Managing Director

Panagiotis joined FxPro in 2007 as Operations Director and became Managing Director in 2008. Previously, he was founding shareholder of Iron Trust Ltd, the largest document storage and management company in Cyprus and Serbia. He also founded a reception and transmission brokerage, transmitting orders to the Cyprus Stock Exchange, merging with SAFS in 2000.

Denis Sukhotin, Director of Marketing and Communications

Prior to establishing FxPro in 2006, Denis oversaw the Russian desk for equity sales for SAFS, a large investment house in Cyprus, from 1998-2000 where he introduced Russian and CIS clients to the Cyprus Stock Exchange to trade equities. He has also founded a number of companies, including an FX brokerage firm.

George Xydas, Director of International Operations

Prior to joining FxPro in 2009, George was founding partner of XS Capital, a boutique investment house specialising in active management of property development funds in Europe. He also held positions at SAFS which included responsibility for corporate finance origination and head of analysis. He began his career as an equity analyst.

Charalambos Psimolophitis, Director of Finance

Charalambos joined FxPro Financial Services in 2009. Previously, he was a partner at XS Capital and also Head of Research at Mega Equity Financial Services, one of the largest brokerage houses in Cyprus. He also set up the Portfolio Management division, responsible for the management of institutional and HNW investors.
