If your download does not start automatically, your browser may have security protection installed that is blocking the site from downloading files. In this case you would see a message in the top of your browser:
If you see the above message, please click on it to allow the installation process to begin.
The screen shots below will guide you through the installation process.

A window will appear, click on "Run"

Select your language. English is the default

Click "Next"
4.
After observing the terms, tick the checkbox and

Select your save location, then click "Next"
6.
Select program group of your choice, then click "Next"
7.
Click on "Next" and your installation will begin.
