General Terms and Conditions

  1. This free prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 or over except for employees and shareholders of FxPro and Fulham Football Club, their families, agencies or any other company directly connected with the administration of this promotion, who are Fans of the facebook ‘FxPro Forex Trading’ fan page; who complete registration by emailing their full name and daytime contact telephone number to Fulham@FxPro.co.uk noon GMT on Friday 24 December 2010.
  2. No purchase is necessary.
  3. Registration completion is based on the following information being provided: full name, daytime contact telephone number and e-mail address. All registrations must be completed by 12 noon GMT on Friday 24 December 2010, and be Fans of the Facebook ‘FxPro Forex Trading’ fan page, in order to be valid entries in the draw.
  4. Emailed confirmation of registration will ensure automatic entry into the prize draw.
  5. Only one entry per household and email address. Third party registrations will not be accepted.
  6. FxPro reserves the right to amend, withdraw or restrict any of the present terms and conditions or the whole of the competition at any time without notice.
  7. FxPro has the right to exclude any entry from the competition when it has reasonable belief that there has been co-operation or collusion of participant(s) or if it has reasonable belief that the competition entry is being abused in any way.
  8. The draw will be made at 3pm GMT on Friday 24 December 2010
  9. One prize will be awarded per winner. Each prize offers TWO (2) tickets to see the Fulham v West Ham Barclays Premier League Tie at Craven Cottage on 26 December 2010.
  10. If the winner cannot be reached by FxPro by 2pm GMT on Friday 24 December 2010 to confirm that he/she accepts any of the prizes, FxPro will have the right to announce new winner(s).
  11. The winner will be responsible for his/her own transport to and from Craven Cottage. Transport expenses are not included in the prize.
  12. Fulham Football Club’s rules and regulations regarding behaviour will apply.
  13. The winners will be drawn independently and at random from all valid entries received and will be notified by telephone after 3pm of the actual draw date.
  14. No alternative prize is available and the prize is not transferable. FxPro’s decision is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
  15. Fulham Football Club reserves the right to change the fixture date. In the event of a fixture date change, the prize will not be exchanged or transferred. Neither Fulham Football Club nor FxPro shall bear any liability in the event of the cancellation or postponement of the event for any reason or for any incurred costs of the competition’s winner.
  16. FxPro reserves the right to amend, withdraw or restrict any of the present terms and conditions or the whole of the competition at any time without notice.
  17. For winner’s details please send an email to Fulham@FxPro.co.uk within 28 days of the draw date.
  18. The winner may be asked to participate in non paid publicity accompanying or resulting from this draw.
  19. By entering the free prize draw, entrants agree to be bound by the rules and by any other requirements set out in promotional material.
  20. By entering this competition entrants consent to receive marketing communications from FxPro Financial Services Limited, FxPro Group Companies and their agents.
  21. To the fullest extent allowed by law, FxPro accepts no responsibility for loss or injury as a result of promotional participation.
  22. All terms and conditions of the competition are governed by UK Law.
