The average spreads provided for each platform are updated on a daily basis to reflect the average for the previous day. Though FxPro attempts to provide competitive spreads during all trading hours, clients should note that these may vary and are susceptible to underlying market conditions. The above is provided for indicative purposes only. Clients are advised to check important news announcements on our Economic Calendar, which may result in the widening of spreads, amongst other instances.

The above spreads are applicable under normal trading conditions. FxPro has the right to amend the above spreads according to market conditions as per the 'Terms and Conditions of Business'.

Stellar

Stellar is a decentralised blockchain platform for exchanging currencies of any country and denomination — a kind of alternative tool for the existing traditional financial system.

The founders tried to maximise the speed of transactions, reduce their costs, and introduce their own Lumens coin into circulation. All this makes this project the main competitor of Ripple in the money transfer market. The platforms share the same developer, Jed McCaleb.

The idea of Stellar is the appearance on the market of a convenient payment instrument with the function of asset tokenisation, i.e., the ability to create your stablecoin with any collateral (standard currencies, metals, stocks). Access to Stellar is open to all residents of developing countries, non-profit organisations, small businesses, and others who want to join the system.

The code has been open from the beginning of work in 2014 when the decision was made to fork Ripple and develop its offshoot based on the XLM coin. It is noteworthy that the project creators do not have the opportunity to profit from the sale of the company's shares or any other internal operations of the system.
