FxPro Financial Services Ltd was registered on 31 July 2006 and received its CySEC licence on 05 March 2007.

FxPro UK Limited received its regulation from the UK Financial Services Authority (FSA) on 18 August 2010. This license was renewed by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) on 1 April 2013, after the FSA was dissolved and divided between the Prudential Regulation Authority (PRA) and the FCA.

FxPro Global Markets Ltd was registered in 2016 and received its license from the SCB in 2017.
